Hey ladies! I’m curious how you all organize your content? Do you follow a schedule or calendar? Do you schedule it months in advance? I need some tips to get more organized 😵‍💫

Anyone have kids that help you streamline your business? I feel like there are ways my 2 older kids might be able to help - ages 11 and 13 but I'm looking for suggestions. My son (13) is fairly techy and my daughter (11) likes to organize things and 'play grown-up'. Do you have kids that help?

I wrote a lovely post on my phone....and was about to post it...and the app CRASHED. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO. So hopefully this will be even half as awesome. Two people have made posts, so it's time to share some secrets.... But let's do it in a fun way. Guess which secret is a lie..... 1️⃣ Once upon a time, I fell off a waterfall, landed on my booty, and limped away with only a cut on my foot.....I used a plastic sandwich bag to keep the blood off my socks. I am literally an indestructible superhuman. 2️⃣ I like to smell things. If someone says something smells gross, I want to smell it. If someone has a yummy looking dessert, I want to smell it. And often do. If I find something unidentifiable on the ground in my house...I smell it. I obviously have a problem, but I don't know what can be done. The good (?) news is that I'm losing my sense of smell. 3️⃣ A long time ago....I played Volleyball on my high school team. As one of the tallest on the team (5 ft 11..... @Michelle McCartney ) I got to take a lot of the kill shots (meaning I spiked the ball). During practice my coach wanted me to practice hitting the ground just inside the line. The first ball went past the line, the second went inside the line, and the third....hit my coach....in the face. And BROKE HER NOSE. It bled all over the floor. The worst part is that someone stepped in it on accident and made bloody footprints in the gym. STREAMLINING YOUR BUSINESS TIPS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1- SIMPLIFY. Make a list of the 10 business tasks you do most often. Then put them in order of most to least ROI (Return On Investment). Put this list into chatgpt and say "You are a master of business ops that has made over $100,000 of revenue this quarter. This is a list of my top 10 business tasks in order of most to least ROI. Please provide a detailed report of how to optimize the effectiveness of each task, what should be added or removed from the list, and the steps I need to take to implement the changes."
