Most creators don’t have a content problem. They have a clarity problem.
I’ve worked with dozens of creators and coaches lately, and I keep seeing the same thing: ✅ They’re posting content ✅ It looks good ✅ It’s consistent ❌ But it’s not converting ❌ It’s not building trust ❌ It’s not making them the “obvious choice” in their niche Truth is, most people don’t need more content. They need sharper positioning, cleaner execution, and edits that actually communicate authority. The content that gets shared, saved, and screenshotted? It’s not always the fanciest — it’s the clearest. Curious… 👉 What’s the ONE thing you think is missing in your current content strategy? Drop it below — I’ll share what I’ve seen work best.

@Max Weichert Great question — and you're not alone in feeling that tension. When a niche like “overthinking & procrastination” isn’t getting traction, it’s rarely because the market doesn’t exist — it’s usually a positioning and packaging issue (titles, thumbnails, and the angle of the message). A few things I’d suggest: 1. Don’t ditch the niche too fast. The market might just need clearer hooks or a stronger emotional entry point. 2. Study what’s working in adjacent niches (like productivity or mindset) and reverse-engineer the structure. 3. Test 3–5 bold, clear video ideas that come from real pain points. Not “gut feeling,” but “what’s the real conversation happening in your audience’s head?” And yes — clarity is part internal, but it sharpens through action. Keep creating, keep refining. The signal always comes. Happy to look at one of your videos or titles if you want feedback!

@Rachel DuBois This is powerful work. In cases like this, I’ve seen it help to lead with the pain or feeling first, not the identity. Speak to what they’re experiencing before naming who they are. That way, they self-identify before you explain the deeper concept. Happy to help!

How is going?
New Creator and new to the group
Hello Everyone My name is Rob and have been a following Alexa's journey on YouTube for about 2 months. After re-watching some of her videos, I feel now is the time. I have been an avid viewer /consumer of YouTube since the early days around 2014? but I never thought about creating my own content until 2019 a year before the pandemic. That year, I developed a list of ideas for specific channels and even registered domain names using the titles for each channel. <-- To help build possible brands. I am an IT (Information Technology) person by trade, but it is also one of my biggest passions. My channel ideas are all focused on those topics. Self-doubt and fear got the best of me for all these years as well as strong feelings of regret (For not getting started) and then I found Alexa's channel and watched her videos and listened to her story. I decided now is the time to get started. 6 years is more than enough time to put this awesome opportunity (Of being able to create content that is seen the world) on hold and it's time for me to get going Happy to be here and share, learn and contribute with all of you
