AVOID being wiped out by AI (new video)
(DM me with "AI" and I'll send you the Loom video) Are you worried about AI replacing your coaching business? I get asked this all the time. And a year ago I would have said it's not a problem. Unfortunately... With what we are seeing now in the market? If you do not get prepared... You are going to get WIPED OUT. Sorry if that sounds dramatic. But it's the truth... Because ChatGPT just murdered some of the most popular coaching niches. And if you're in one of them? Your days are numbered. But here's the good news... Some niches are actually GROWING because of AI. (And they can't be replaced - no matter how good AI gets) So I recorded a quick Loom video breaking down: The 12 coaching niches getting wiped out by AI The ONE niche that's completely AI-proof and booming (and that's EASIER to find clients for) How to position yourself so AI helps, not hurts your business Reply to this email with “AI” and I'll send you the full breakdown… Before your coaching business gets ChatGPT'd into oblivion. PLEASE NOTE: You only have 4 days to watch this video before it's taken down. So don’t sleep on this… DM me "AI" now for access. Let's goooo!

Ai Coaching- The inevitability of it all
Here is an interesting article. I have been arguing that Ai, through machine learning will eventually be able to mimic human behaviour and affect. Ai will recognize changes in tone of voice, facial expressions etc and respond accordingly. Many fellow coaches do not agree and insist Ai will not be able to show empathy, compassion etc and therefore human coaches will never be replaced by Ai. I believe we need to prepare for the inevitable and use Ai to our advantage. Let me know whether you still disagree with me. @Zandile Shaba, perhaps when A.I. can exhibit empathy or offer a human touch in coaching.
Other People's Opinions
I have come to the conclusion that I cannot pay my bills with other people's opinions. I sometimes limit myself and don't go forward with what I really want to do because I worry about people's negative opinions. Holding back has cost me dearly. And yet there is a place for seeking other people's input, opinion, and wisdom. The wisdom I need is to know when to take on those opinions as mine. In the end, I am responsible for everything in my life. Other people's opinions are not.

A Coach is not a Guru
A Good Coach Is Not a Guru. We're not trying to be the heroes. We’re guiding others to be the heroes in ther own journeys.

That's it!
Having “experience" means nothing if...
So a while back I had these two ladies join my coaching program at the exact same time. Both in the same niche. One had 25+ years of experience... tons of social proof... deep background knowledge. While the other was just starting out. But here's what happened... The one with all the experience just couldn't transition her work to doing it online. She wasn't willing to adapt to the new way of doing things. And so she crumbled. Meanwhile, the "newbie" was already doing 14-hour days. She was willing to put in the work... transition out of her old schedule... and do whatever it took. And she crushed it. Look... I'm not saying experience isn't valuable. But I see this ALL THE TIME in the coaching world. People think they need decades of experience before they can help anyone. Or they rest on their laurels because they've "been there, done that." But that's not how it works. I know a guy in a traditional career, who’s super intelligent. Works till 9pm every night. Has tons of experience. But he's stuck on a 40k salary. His wife barely sees him. And he's getting unhealthy. Because intelligence and experience aren't enough. It's about being willing to adapt. Being willing to put in the work. Being willing to do what others won't. That's what separates those who make it from those who don't. So if you're sitting there thinking "I don't have enough experience to start coaching"... Or worse... thinking your experience alone will carry you... Remember these two ladies. And ask yourself: “Which one do I want to be?”
