Quick CRM + Automation Question for the Group
I’m trying to get a feel for what you guys are actually using, what’s working, and where things break down. Are you using a CRM right now, or manual tracking your leads in a google sheet or something manual? If you have one, are you really using automations or just the basics? I’m especially curious around: - Speed to lead - Follow-up after the first call - What happens to leads that aren’t ready today but come back 6–12 months later - Where leads fall through the cracks In a perfect world: - What would you want your CRM to handle automatically? - What do you wish was easier or more dialed in? - What do you like about what you’re using now and what do you hate? For context, I personally use GoHighLevel and we’re working on building out additional automations. I’m curious to see what everyone else is doing - the good, the bad, and the ugly. Would love to hear what you’re seeing.

Most of my lists are from the government for foreclosures and distressed properties. That's free and it just takes time an effort to get.

Introduction
Hi everyone I am in salt lake city, Utah. Before you ask, yes I have horns and tail that stays with me 🤣🤣. Looking to close a deal in 2026 plus more. I am part a Subto group. So I know investors, bird dogs, wholesalers, brokers, TC and anything else I haven't labeled that you know of. Last year I did mostly bird dogging and wholesaling with only 2 deals that fell through. @Bryan Driscoll yea doing maintenance for 9 years. Kilz is your best friend on that cat bs. Sometimes a ozone machine helps. Curry is another smell that is hard to get out.

@Bryan Driscoll I am a everything kind of guy 🤣🤣👌. Living in Salt lake area, do stuff here and virtually anywhere. I have my own company doing renovations, tub an countertop resurfacing. I know bird dogs, wholesalers, investors. I have options for funding- DSCR, hard money, and PML's. All kinds of options.
