THE HOLY TRINITY
Marketing comes down to three things everything else is noise: Distribution (How you reach the right people) - Right: Google Business Profile, local groups, email, partnerships. - Wrong: Random social posts, waiting for luck, relying on friends/family. Traffic (Where the people already are) - Right: Searchers actively looking for your service, marketplace visitors, engaged community members. - Wrong: Ads or posts targeting the wrong audience, hoping for virality, guessing where people might be. Conversion (Turning attention into action) - Right: Automated follow-ups, clear messaging, scripts that actually book clients. - Wrong: Broken DIY systems, unclear messaging, leads lost in chaos. Most businesses get at least one of these wrong, the leads are out there, but they’re not calling you! To help, we’ve created a simple, universal chart you can use to see exactly where your business is stuck. Whether you’re DIY-ing or ready for full support, this chart gives you a clear snapshot of your business’s lead-generation health, and shows you exactly which part of the system is holding you back.

RECESSION PROOF Framework
The 3 Non-Negotiables of a Recession-Proof Service Business Everybody talks about side hustles. Extra money. “Just in case” income. That’s why most of them fold the second the economy shakes. If you want something that actually lasts—a business that doesn’t care about Wall Street, layoffs, or the next recession, then you need these 3 non-negotiables: 1. High Demand You don’t chase trends. You solve needs. People don’t want lawn care, pest control, HVAC, or car repair. They need it. Cut grass, working AC, running car. Non-negotiable. 2. Low Barrier to Start You don’t need investors or shiny tech, You need a skill people value + the willingness to show up. - Minimal equipment. - Learn fast, earn faster. - Knock doors, post online, shake hands. Most people overcomplicate this part. Just start. - 3. Repeatable & Recurring Cash flow wins. Period. One-off jobs are cool, but the goal is contracts and cycles. - Weekly lawns. - Monthly cleaning. - Seasonal pest control. This is how you stop chasing customers and start stacking predictable income. If your service checks all 3 boxes, congrats. You’re not building a side hustle. You ’re building a recession-proof business. if it doesnt, back to working on your foundation!

It’s usually the simplest services that survive while flashy startups fold.
Bag Secured 💰
@Jay Freeman Finally got that client I was telling you about. Gave him a discount on recurring services 45 visits @ $375 + 5 additional emergency visits @ $475 Closed quick once I led with the long-term value instead of trying to justify every line item. You were right about keeping it simple and framing it like a partnership! You should do a Live call or something

Real Wins and Tangible Principles
I wanted leave a tangible, honest review with receipts. I’ll be concise and to the point. Prior to utilizing the principles presented to me by Jay I was not able to make more than $300 for services and had zero predictability of where the next dollar would come from, barely surviving off of “eating what I kill”. In less than 72 hours of applying what I was taught, I landed my first retainer at $500 a month. The following week I landed my second at $750 a month. That next month I made an exponential jump, acquiring my first contract valued at $60k over the course of a year. This was all in quarter 1 of the year btw where Ive since then acquired two more contracts with a total value of $12k a piece. Being intentional and deliberate with the practices I was presented with have made me approximately $101k in contractual value from January to July. I’d be more than happy to share more receipts but this exhibition of growth has given me more value that I could’ve ever imagined. This didn’t come without trial and error on my own behalf and hardworking. I had to dedicate real time to this shit. Excuse me for the language but I am passionate about solutions that actually work because in this day and age everything is fabricated, Ai generated fake guru bs. I say all that to say this, if you’re serious about changing your financial situation and taking your business to the next level, Jay is who you need to speak to. Be blessed.

The Competition is weak.
Met a service biz owner doing $100K/month. Still broke. Said: “We can’t grow. Too much overhead. Too many clients ghost after the first job.” I asked: “What’s your LTV? How many come back?” He said: “No clue. We just keep running ads.” Bruh. That’s your competition. No backend. No systems. Just vibes and invoices.

In two years with multi-million dollar tech companies, I mastered turning leads into customers. Now, I help entrepreneurs do the same.
