A low lift way for real estate agents to publish more content
Everyone wishes they could publish more content (me too!). But between showings, client calls, and closing paperwork, there often isn't time. Ideally you'd hand craft it or hire a marketing agency, but time and budget are lacking. A once-a-week AI-assisted post will beat going dark for months. It shows prospects who visit your profile that you're active and still in business. This pattern takes most of the heavy lift out of content: 1. Store a content calendar in Airtable. Keep it simple: date, idea, image link, post category, status. 2. On schedule, route rows to Claude with a post generation prompt carefully crafted to avoid AI slop. 3. Send to Blotato for carousel or static image generation. 4. Auto publish via Instagram API. But how do you populate the content calendar? The best content for agents comes from what they already have. Two sources work well together: -Your listing archive. Every property you've sold has a story: neighborhood character, what made it move fast, what buyers always asked. That can be turned into content -A handful of personal photos. The human behind the agent, coffee before an open house, or a client handoff moment. This provides authenticity that listings alone can't provide. Try setting up an AI prompt to periodically pull from both, generating post ideas that rotate between market insight, listing stories, and personal moments.
