A low lift way for real estate agents to publish more content
Everyone wishes they could publish more content (me too!). But between showings, client calls, and closing paperwork, there often isn't time. Ideally you'd hand craft it or hire a marketing agency, but time and budget are lacking. A once-a-week AI-assisted post will beat going dark for months. It shows prospects who visit your profile that you're active and still in business. This pattern takes most of the heavy lift out of content: 1. Store a content calendar in Airtable. Keep it simple: date, idea, image link, post category, status. 2. On schedule, route rows to Claude with a post generation prompt carefully crafted to avoid AI slop. 3. Send to Blotato for carousel or static image generation. 4. Auto publish via Instagram API. But how do you populate the content calendar? The best content for agents comes from what they already have. Two sources work well together: -Your listing archive. Every property you've sold has a story: neighborhood character, what made it move fast, what buyers always asked. That can be turned into content -A handful of personal photos. The human behind the agent, coffee before an open house, or a client handoff moment. This provides authenticity that listings alone can't provide. Try setting up an AI prompt to periodically pull from both, generating post ideas that rotate between market insight, listing stories, and personal moments.

Quick lead follow up
I've come across a lot of stats about how quick lead followup dramatically increases conversions - getting it down to 5 minutes or even under 1 minute has real conversion benefits. Working with AI systems this actually might not be that hard to automate: 1. Have a trigger that goes off when a new lead comes in (SMS or email) 2. Send the content to an AI prompt that determines the best response. 3. Send the message back to the lead 4. Finally, follow up with a higher touch when you have the bandwidth. Have you tried implementing systems like this?

Adding personalization to your cold calling
Hey everyone! If you're working on scaling your cold calling outreach you've probably heard the advice to lead with something specific about the prospect rather than a generic pitch, showing you've done your homework before you dial. The problem is doing this research manually for every lead really adds up at scale. If you have time to research every prospect individually that's great, but you can also use AI to generate personalized call openers automatically across your entire lead list. Basically you do the following: 1. Pull a lead record (including contact info and property/company details) from your lead list 2. Use a data source to pull relevant intel on the prospect. For real estate this could be recent transaction history, current listings, or company news rather than just a website scrape 3. Route that into an LLM, instruct it to find something relevant that matches your pitch angle, and generate a personalized call opener or talk track for that specific prospect. Write it back to your CRM. You can use different software, but I've attached a pic of what the automation looks like in n8n, using Airtable for the CRM (with leads from Apollo), OpenAI for the LLM, and Firecrawl for scraping any available web presence. (Also have a few nodes for data transformations that are needed to implement these high level steps.)
