Welcome to Day 9! We’re officially in the Luteal phase, where the focus shifts from pushing to supporting. This phase is about steady strength, good posture, hydration, and not burning yourself out. Consistency > intensity today. 🪢 Today’s Suggested Movement (Choose what feels supportive — not all is required.)
