Welcome to Day 9! We’re officially in the Luteal phase, where the focus shifts from pushing to supporting. This phase is about steady strength, good posture, hydration, and not burning yourself out. Consistency > intensity today. 🪢 Today’s Suggested Movement (Choose what feels supportive — not all is required.) Check the classroom for your particular workout calendar. ✔ Glute Bridges — 3 sets of 10 ✔ Supermans — 3 sets of 10 ✔ Arm Circles or Light Bicep Curls — 3 sets of 10 ✔ Standing Core Twists — 3 sets of 10 🪢 Optional: • Jump rope — 1–2 sets of 30 (only if your energy is there) 🚶🏾‍♀️ Walk 20–30 minutes (can be split) 💧 Hydration Focus Sip water consistently today.
