Simple Pipelines
So, I loved @Lucas Meyer 's post about simplifying your pipeline for project management. I completely agree that simple>complex and perfect. I also think the same way about my intake pipeline as well and I wanted to make a quick post to show everyone what I do. You only need 5 steps: -Intake (random one-offs) -Meeting booked -Proposal Sent -Closed Lost -Closed Won That's it. Yes, you will leave some money on the table if you don't include everyone that you've ever talked to that might book a meeting, but I think the time and energy saved on sales admin work is worth it. And, to make it even easier, here's an automation I use to take the info from the booked call and dump it straight into my CRM (Clickup) under the "Meeting Booked" stage. (Again, not going to add a JSON script to download because everyone's booking software and CRM is different lol) Let me know what you think and I hope this helps!

@Innocent Joseph Done! 4 likes to go🤙
Came across a landing page today only 20 words on it.
Very short, very clean. Funny enough, it made me want to read more because it felt light. Does anyone else prefer short copy over long explanation?

Absolutely lol. That kind of thing always makes me feel like they value my time more...even though it makes me want to stay there longer
One Source of Truth
Pick one board and make it the only place for scope, files, and status. Create a naming rule: client_project_item_v1 so nothing gets lost. Folders: 01 Brief, 02 Design, 03 Build, 04 QA, 05 Assets, 06 Approvals. Add a simple intake rule: if it is not on the board, it is not in production.

100%. Simple project management is way better than exact project management lol
Something I observed in many websites
They talk too much about themselves. We are the best… We started in 2010… But the visitor is thinking how can you help me today? Do you think websites should talk more about the customer instead of themselves?

Case Study Stack
Ship one mini case a day. Problem, process, proof. Five days equals a client magnet.
