My name is Ralph Ramos. I live in New Mexico. I just turned 62. I am a flooring installer of 30 years. So my body is pretty beat up. I feel so blessed that this group has found me. I just started my bare minimum. Feels Great to reintroduce myself to my body.. My age has slowed the progress of my hobbies. Looking forward to creating more mobility to achieve my goals. 🙏

5.21.25 - Ease your lower back
I got a little heady and wordy in my explanation here. Your lower back get tight from sitting all day as your hip flexors shorten and pull on the spine and cause hyper lordosis or anterior pelvic tilt. We combat this NOT by only stretching the anterior hips and psoas… we do it by using the glutes and hamstrings and hip extensors to lengthen the psoas. This video shows you how… This is extremely counter intuitive and why many people persist in lower back pain for years.

To achieve the level “Artist” you’ll need to post a video and get confirmation of the following “feats of freedom.” The Feats of Mobility: - Hands clasped behind back (hc) - Shoulder dislocates double shoulder width (sd) - Palms to floor 30 seconds (ptf) - Flat Footed Cossack Squat (cs) - Pancake nose to floor (pan) - Double pigeon 30 seconds (dp) - Ass to grass OR Asian Squat 30 seconds (atg) - Flat foot bridge 30 seconds (ffb) - No hands getup (nhg) After achievement your name will added here:

This is considered to be a bare minimum commitment to your mobility and longevity. This is mine. Establish yours. Make it sacred. Enjoy it. I like to add a couple maximal tensions in there for strength gains.
