Clearing the Noise to Hear God Clearly
What if eating whole, nourishing foods… moving with intention… and removing what harms us… makes it easier to hear God? So often we separate the spiritual from the physical, forgetting that God crafted us as unified beings—spirit, soul, and body. Scripture never treats the body as an afterthought; it is the vessel through which we experience His presence, respond to His call, and live out His purpose. “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” -1 Corinthians 3:16 (KJV) When the body is weighed down—whether through inflammatory foods, constant stress, unresolved emotional conflicts, or lack of movement—the inner world becomes noisy. The mind becomes cluttered, the emotions reactive, and the physical body sends signals of imbalance. These signals are not punishments but communications. The body speaks when something in our life, environment, or heart is out of harmony with God’s design. When we begin to nourish the body with what God created—living, whole foods—the internal static quiets. The cells remember how to repair. Digestion calms. Inflammation softens. The mind becomes clearer, not because food is our savior, but because we are no longer fighting through internal storms. “And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.”– Exodus 23:25 (KJV) Movement works the same way. When we move with intention—walking, stretching, breathing deeply—we release stored tension and emotional patterns that may have been held in the body for years. Every step, every breath, becomes a gentle unwinding of old stories and survival programs that no longer serve us. Movement signals safety to the nervous system. It tells the body, “You are not trapped. You are free.” Freedom opens space for clarity. And clarity opens space for the still, small voice of God. “In him we live, and move, and have our being.”– Acts 17:28 (KJV) Removing what harms us—whether it is toxic habits, draining environments, or burdens we were never meant to carry—creates even more room for God’s whisper. When we let go of what burdens the body, the soul often finds release, too. As the internal load lightens, we begin to perceive God not as distant, but present. Not as silent, but speaking.

"...things we were never meant to carry...." Oh how I can identify with this. Thanks for sharing...
The Lymphatic System
This week we will be discussing the Lymphatic system! “Flowing With God’s Design” The lymphatic system is the hidden river God placed within your body—an intricate network of vessels, nodes, and fluid that quietly carries life, cleansing, and protecting it. It moves beneath the surface, not pushed by a beating heart, but by your breath, your movement, and your movement. It is a system designed for flow—continual movement, gentle cleansing, and constant renewal. Where your bloodstream delivers nutrients, your lymphatic system carries away what no longer serves you. It gathers waste, toxins, and cellular debris and escorts them out of the body. It is also home to many of your immune warriors—cells created by God to identify, respond, and strengthen your internal defenses. This is the system that keeps the inner waterways of the body clear and the terrain healthy. Function Your lymphatic system is responsible for: - Removing toxins and cellular waste - Supporting immunity by transporting healing and defense cells - Maintaining fluid balance, preventing swelling - Absorbing fats and nutrients from digestion It is a system of purification—both physically and symbolically. When Stressed or Unbalanced In German New Medicine principles, the lymphatic system often responds to emotional stagnation—seasons where a person feels: - Stuck - Burdened by responsibilities - Unable to move forward - Overwhelmed by unresolved conflicts or internal pressure Because the lymph relies on movement, breath, and calm, emotional immobility directly affects physical flow. When the lymphatic system becomes sluggish or congested, the body may express this through: - Swelling and puffiness - Fatigue and heaviness in the limbs - Brain fog and difficulty concentrating - Recurring or lingering illnesses - Skin issues, rashes, or eruptions (the skin becomes a backup detox organ) In these moments, the body is signaling that flow has been interrupted—both externally and internally.

Law of Sunshine & Outdoors
This week we’re focusing on Sunshine and Fresh Air. The sun is not our enemy—it’s actually our life source. Without it, plants wouldn’t grow, our bodies wouldn’t produce Vitamin D, and our mental health would suffer. When we pair sunshine with time outdoors and fresh air, the results are life-giving. This week we’ll explore just how essential God’s natural light and breath of air are to our health and healing. Share with us how you’re getting outside this week, let’s inspire one another to embrace God’s light and fresh air!

Looking forward to another week of walking and the fresh air. It really helps me mentally. With the time change, I get the opportunity to take a short walk between classes. Working on trying to improve my speed per mile. The goal is to consistently be under 17 minutes a mile.
