Chasing down 300
The ataxia effects the bar weight, as far as rolling. Impossible moment is taking my time and focusing on not rolling the bar.

Amazing!
Nobody Sees the Becoming
People celebrate the results. They don’t see the becoming. The early mornings. The self-doubt you had to fight. The discipline you chose when quitting felt easier. Growth is quiet. It happens internally before it ever shows externally. Respect the version of you that kept going when no one was watching.

Absolutely! I totally agree, the amount of early morning and unseen hours is the becoming.
Introducing myself
I am Rachel Eickert. I operate a convenience store located in Ohio. I am excited to connect with other entrepreneurs and hear tips on how to build a brand and get higher ticket sizes.
The Slow Season Is Sacred
There’s a season where nothing seems to move. No big wins. No applause. Just effort. That season feels frustrating. But it’s shaping you. The slow season builds patience. It builds skill. It builds resilience. Most people quit there. That’s why most people never break through. Stay. Grow. Trust the process.

I am also in my slow season. It feels long. I am excited for warmer days ahead. Yes, it does build patience and resilience. I could not say it better myself. Trust the process; this too will surely pass.
