Do This to Perform Better πŸ‘ŠπŸ»β€οΈβ€πŸ”₯
We established yesterday, what goes into your Body in the form of Nutrition directly influences what comes out of your body. Do you have days where you feel run down? You tell yourself you're tired? You start spinning the web of that destructive story? We don't often think about it, but much of this feeling can be driven by your Nutrition. The artificial world we live in today (particularly for us Americans) has become increasingly artificial. - Preservatives - Sweeteners - Dyes - Stabilizers While these may add to the taste profile or shelf life of a product, they certainly do not build Wellness within us. They are not from the natural world around us, and thus will cause dysfunction when entering our bodies. Eat Real Food, watch your Life change. 1. Click this link to watch today's video 2. COMMENT one thing you can remove from your diet to cut down on the amount of ingredients you consume from the list above. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Amitriptyline and It's Effects
πŸŒ™ Common Side Effects of Amitriptyline Think of amitriptyline as a dimmer switch for overactive nerves. It can quiet the "electrical static" of nerve pain, but while your body is adjusting, some circuits may feel a bit sleepy or dry. Most Common Side Effects - 😴 Drowsiness or feeling groggy (especially in the morning) - πŸ‘„ Dry mouth - 🚽 Constipation - πŸŒ€ Dizziness - πŸ‘€ Blurred vision - βš–οΈ Weight gain or increased appetite - πŸ’§ Difficulty urinating - 🧠 Brain fog or trouble concentrating These often improve after the first 1 to 2 weeks as your body settles in, much like a ship finding its rhythm after leaving harbour. Now while it says it improves after 1-2 weeks, what this is saying is: when the side effect does kick in, it can take that long or longer to subside. I experience all of it except constipation and difficulty urinating, but some of it only just started weeks ago. But the eating is ridiculous. I'm at the heaviest I've ever been.

This is definitely a very strong medication. We can chat about it more on our call next week πŸ™πŸ»
What You Put In, Decides What You Get Back. ❀️‍πŸ”₯
What you put in your body dictates what we may pull forth from it. This is true of all Domains of Performance, but it is abundantly true of the Physical Domain of Performance. And it all starts with Nutrition; how we Fuel our Pursuit. This can evolve to become the most nuanced facets of this Domain, but at a high level, it is really quite simple: Eat Real Food. If you want to build a more intentional Focus to your Nutrition, start by eating food that was grown in the ground, or harvested from an animal. And once you are ready to progress beyond this and dive deeper, send me a DM. ❀️‍πŸ”₯ 1. Click this link to watch today's video 2. @Stephen Mooney It's crazy man, our bodies adapt so quickly and so heavily to every single input πŸ™πŸ»
Chasing down 300
The ataxia effects the bar weight, as far as rolling. Impossible moment is taking my time and focusing on not rolling the bar.

@Arlyn Smith that Story you tell yourself about yourself is the foundation of all Performance πŸ‘ŠπŸ»β€οΈβ€πŸ”₯
It’s simple…
Do what you say you’re going to do. That alone separates you from most people.

@Stephen Mooney Absolutely man, when we fail on our word to others, we are doing it to ourselves with the same severity. It undermines our own trust and respect with ourselves πŸ™πŸ»
