Bottom Floor Mentality
Moments of Victory are glorious, and we should always relish them when they come. But we must also be ready for Defeat. Moments where everything seemingly comes crashing down, and we find ourselves on the bottom floor of a building we once viewed from the penthouse. True Strength, however, is never lost. When we build The Impossible Self, we Become Impossible in all Four Domains of Performance: Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, and Spiritually. So even when we become physically broken, our Emotional, Spiritual, and Mental Strength remains… And it serves us in every Challenge. It fuels our constant Pursuit of The Impossible. Embrace Rock Bottom…all Growth begins here. ❤️‍🔥

@Matthew Hill You're most welcome
The Slow Season Is Sacred
There’s a season where nothing seems to move. No big wins. No applause. Just effort. That season feels frustrating. But it’s shaping you. The slow season builds patience. It builds skill. It builds resilience. Most people quit there. That’s why most people never break through. Stay. Grow. Trust the process.

Daily Growth Reminder
You don’t rise to the level of your goals you fall to the level of your habits. Most people set amazing goals but never achieve them because they ignore the tiny actions that actually build results. Today, focus on one small habit that aligns with your vision. It could be 10 minutes of learning, sending that email you’ve been putting off, or just waking up 30 minutes earlier. Stack these tiny actions day after day, and before you know it, your life will have shifted in ways you thought were impossible.

The Story We Tell Ourselves…
Had an AMAZING chat with our very own @Dawn Hill today, can’t wait to share it with everyone! Impactful highlights: - Dawn's powerful shift: Overcoming alcoholism and suicide loss through self-study and identity change—"I had to change everything about me." - Matthew's sobriety story: Pouring out his last drink and embracing a new self, plus running marathons as a one-legged cancer survivor. - Reframing life: Small daily actions, positive self-talk, and finding happiness in moments like playing football with kids, not just big goals. - Community insights: Courses on mental health, addiction, and purpose to help those feeling stuck break cycles compassionately. Huge thanks again to Dawn and can’t wait to grow with her in this community!! 🙏🏻❤️‍🔥

This is powerful. The common thread is identity once that shifts, everything else follows. Respect to both of you for not just talking about change, but embodying it. Real growth isn’t loud… it’s daily decisions stacked over time. Excited to hear the full chat 🔥

Building The Impossible Self
We all have goals we want to accomplish, Dreams we want to pursue... The only thing standing between us and these Dreams that is under our complete control is ourselves. So if we plan to Do The Impossible, we must first Become Impossible ourselves... Who is the person that would be capable of achieving those Dreams? - How would they think? - How would they act? - How would they look? - How would they feel? The answers to these questions reveal The Impossible Self. The only other step is to live in accordance with that individual we design every single day... And we will Do The Impossible. 🙏🏻❤️‍🔥 Leave your answers to these questions and construct your Impossible Self in the comments below ⬇️⬇️⬇️

My Impossible Self is disciplined when no one is watching. They think long-term, act intentionally, train daily, and protect their energy. They don’t chase motivation they create structure.They don’t react emotionally — they respond strategically. And most importantly, they keep promises to themselves. 🔥

Everything looks exceptional, and I’m grateful to God. I connect best with individuals who are entrepreneurial and progress-driven.
