Hey! Thanks for the video this week. - Definitely can't make the working hours time haha. Any suggestions for being burnt out on discipline? Not so much a tiredness from choices and lack of structure, but I forced myself to be disciplined for years! I clawed my way back to playing several times - shit is exhausting.

Hello! I'm Rachael - played volleyball with Ringler at CU Boulder for grad school. I work at Oak Ridge National Lab as a chemist now. Definitely could've used a network when I first stopped playing pro - tough to lose a community so quickly.
