Hey does anyone have a good skincare they would recommend. I’ve noticed more wrinkles since I lost 20 lbs. more of a leathery look which has never been apart of my normal skin Would love some help in this area

What to Look for on the Label Just because something says “sugar-free” does not mean it is healthy. Always check the ingredients. Look for snacks with: - No added sugar - No artificial sweeteners - Real food ingredients If you had to choose, sometimes a small amount of real sugar is a better option than a product loaded with artificial sweeteners. It’s encouraging to see leadership stepping into the conversation around real health, especially in places like hospitals where people are meant to heal. Food is foundational. When we shift what we’re putting into the body, we shift chemistry, energy, and outcomes. Grateful to be part of a community that’s bringing awareness to this. This is how change begins—one truth at a time.

Now if the loved ones of people in hospital could not bring their loved ones in the hospital bad junk food while in there would be another win. But we’ll take it! I wonder what their version of healthier will be??..
