What are you "training" for?
While training for competition, it's pretty clear what we're training for. But even if you don't compete anymore, you can still be training for something. Whether it's for a daily activity or lifelong fitness, we can still be training for a goal (even if the training looks a lot different now). Comment below what you are training for/working toward! To be in shape to bowl competition tournaments with endurance for a long day if standing moving lanes and bowling 5-6 games plus once qualified for the next day be ready to continue to compete at a high level and body to be conditioning in shape physically and mentally
