Definitely didn’t feel like it today , the gloomy weather here and the dog was cosy on my lap 😂♥️ she was too cute to disturb .. but I got up and did my movement , and felt 1000% better!

This is life changing work. I have never been into gossip , or talking about others , I can see how much more intellectual my conversations have to be.. creative and expansive , I’m yet to find all my tribe , but being here in this space has definitely felt more like home for me ☺️✨

Thankyou Kira , this kind of coaching has changed my life , especially these past 2 years where I have been dealing with school and preschool resistance , everyday for 2 years, these micro shifts in my routine have supported me so much , my new year goal as we officially have to start kinder this year is to just breathe and meditate 😅✨and eat enough protein helps with my mood But I know what it was like when I didn’t know how to choose me first , and don’t want to feel that way again . definitely not putting pressure on myself to be smashing goals 😂💕
