Hi everyone! I am 28 year old and a scientist. Besides occasionall fieldtrips to collect data, my work is pretty sedimentary. So far I struggled with health, I broke my leg and spent 7 months in bed, gaining 20 kilos, went from 79 to 100 kg. It was very bad for my mental health and for a long time I couldn't walk for long hours. Finally i dropped 10 kilos just by walking but now I want to build muscle and gain all that confidence back 💪😊 that is why i am here! I live in a specific environment, filled with polar bears and -30°C so I mainly focus on home workouts and yoga. Hopefully, this groul will motivate me and hold me accountable to stick to some kind of schedule but I don't know where to start.
