Council Tax Hearing Sham
HAHAHA I have just experienced the Council tax Hearing Sham myself. 1st they tried everything to stop me attending but I insisted. 2nd they were only interested in the liable person and was not interested that I had not received the demands/reminders as they were posted and are considered sent and delivered which is just illogical. 3rd I lambasted the council for not communicating with me and ignoring my letters and the magistrate agreed. The positive thing is that I heard the corruption for myself and it just makes me more determined to mess with them. I will be expecting the agents again soon.

@Dave DimeBar thanks dave it was fun tbh. So I will expect the goons again now and my strategy is to go on the offensive first and let them know that my car and house are in a private trust and are not my assets. My thoughts are that if they try anything I have already given the knowledge that I have no assets and in particular if they clamp the car I will charge them a daily fee etc. What do you think?

Does a jersey trust need to be registered in the Uk TRS System? if not why not?

so thinking about the scenario where i am in court and the opponent mentions if my trust is registered and i have to say no. Although it does not matter for the validity of the trust I do run the risk of being fined up to 5k. Just wondering what would be the best way to deal with that scenario and if HMRC are informed, how do i get away with paying the fine or at least paying it at a minimum amount each month? Whats your thoughts?

LIDL PCN PARKING CHARGE
Got this today. DO I pay it first before fighting through the DSAR process or not. Any other advice welcome. Its parking eye and my car is registered to a private trust with a virtual address.

Hi All, Enforcement agents have repeatedly ignored my dsars, used uncertified agents and a defective liability order. What are your thoughts on whether I should go for summary judgement or direct my claim to chancery and go to court?
