5 Invitations to Consider for Your New Year 🎇
these are five invitations through the lens of yoga nidra and the koshas, layers of being. 1. ✧your body✧ what does your physical body need more of this year rest? warmth? slower mornings? a sense of safety you can feel in your bones? 2. ✧your energy✧ notice where your life force is flowing freely… and where it feels depleted? not everything needs effort some things need space. 3. ✧your mind and heart✧ what thoughts or emotional patterns are asking for?compassion? what softens when you stop arguing with yourself? 4. ✧your inner wisdom✧ beneath the noise… beneath the goals… there is a quiet knowing, what truth has been patiently waiting for you to listen? 5. ✧your capacity for peace✧ the part of you that is unaffected by last year … by “mistakes” … by stories this is there reminder… you are still here! you are always whole. this is how you can meet a new year not by reinventing yourself but by remembering your true self. layer by layer. we are still being invited by the year of the snake to shed what isn't ours. and today! choosing clarity ✧☽ presence ✧☽ and a nervous system that gets to feel at home. ✧☽ Cheers to beginning again… everyday.

Sleep in heavenly peace 🎄
Happy Holidays to all of you here and beyond. Thank you so much for being apart of this beautiful and bright community. I am grateful each day that we are making the world a better place with our presence. That when we rest we bring peace to the world and this peace can be shared in our waking life. A special thank you to @Cat Jones @Alisha Macedo and @Sam Gojre for making this all possible behind the scenes and to all of you helping support the vision of bringing deep rest to the world. What are you grateful for during this holiday season?

I am extremely grateful that even though my holidays are pretty much ruined. I have a different outlook at my situation and definitely see my circumstances with a new set of eyes, brain and heart. #itcouldalwaysbeworse

I did some meditating while in recovery and it helped me realize that I really needed to start regulating my emotions. Anger, anxiety, depression and PTSD has really negatively affected me for years. But now I AM ON THE OFFENSIVE to really get all my demons out. Wish me luck🤞🤞🤞

Sending peace wrapped in happiness
Dear yoga nidristas, Before the chaos descends I am sending peaceful and happy vibes to you all for the festive break and good wishes for the fresh year ahead. Naturally of course it is just one little moment in a chain of many but still a chance for reflection and gratitude. Profound thanks to you Ayla for your energy and generosity in presence in a wonderful year of nidra. Be well, Louise x

Doing Less, Choosing More
Power doesn’t mean doing everything. It means choosing what’s worth your energy. The nervous system is regulated when you don’t rush to fix, control, or prove. You act from clarity, not urgency. Try this: Today, choose one thing you will not force. SHARE it below and we can all cheer each other on!

I will not force my ability to forgive....truly forgiving deep hurts that are buried inside and have been there for so long is hard and takes a lot of time. Look at The Hoover Dam wasn't built overnight right?...😉 not a very good analogy but you guys/gals understand
