I’m working on building an AI agent with an automated email reply system, but I’m running into an issue — all my reply emails are coming out as one big chunk of text instead of being nicely formatted and organized. If anyone has a good prompt I can use that formats the email replies clearly (with spacing, bullet points, structure, etc.), I’d really appreciate it! I’d love recommendations on what tools, platforms or systems I should set up to stay organized and build a clean workflow, whether it’s CRMs, project management tools or automation platforms. If you have any tips on where I should begin my workflow journey/carrier in n8n I’d really appreciate it.🙂
