Need Help with Prompting!

Hey everyone! I’m working on building an AI agent with an automated email reply system, but I’m running into an issue — all my reply emails are coming out as one big chunk of text instead of being nicely formatted and organized.

If anyone has a good prompt I can use that formats the email replies clearly (with spacing, bullet points, structure, etc.), I’d really appreciate it! I’m still very new to building workflows, so any help or guidance would mean a lot.
