MONDAY KICKSTART
One of the best things about this group is the range of experience in here. Some of you are just starting your health and fitness journey. Others have been building consistency for months or even years. And with that comes a wealth of knowledge, lessons, and hard-earned experience. Time. Time doesnโ€™t belong to anything or anyone. So its never about not having time, an excuse I would often use, but more about priorities. Things do get done when you make them a priority.!

On Sunday I achieved a lifetime first! Iโ€™m still in shock, and itโ€™s Wednesday! It might not sound like much, but when i was younger i was told i might not be able to walk when i was 40โ€ฆ. Let alone set a Personal Best in a half marathon. Guernsey, Half Marathon, 1:55:49, in pretty decent conditions (the weather forecast in the lead up was shocking). my focus was on pacing and fuelling. Simon helped me smash both. Every kilometre got faster and easier. The last 1.5km was an (easy?!) sprint. It felt good. (I think i even enjoyed it - i might delete this line later) Rock on the London Marathon in April. Sub 4hr! Here we come . ๐Ÿคž

My NNโ€™s 1. 10,000 steps, every day! 2. 2l water, minimum, every day, and in replacement of caffinafed drinks, especially after 2pm 3. Morning routine, planning and focus on nutritional touch-points nailed! (@simon johnson can you make these daily habits so i can tick them off as i go)
