If Day One was about softening into yourself…Day Two is about learning where your clarity actually lives. Most women try to “think their way” into clarity.They journal harder.They analyse.They over-process.They loop. But clarity isn’t a thought.Clarity is a felt sense. Your body holds the truth long before your mind makes sense of it. Today is about reconnecting with the one place that has never lied to you: your body’s yes, your body’s no, and your body’s wisdom beneath both. When your nervous system is dysregulated, your intuition feels chaotic.When your nervous system is stable, intuition becomes unmistakably clear. Today we attune to that. DAY TWO PRACTICE — “The Body Compass” A 7-minute presence practice to locate your inner truth. 1. Rise or sit tall. Close your eyes.Let your spine lengthen without force. 2. Bring your awareness into the centre of your chest.Imagine a small, warm light glowing there. 3.Ask quietly within “Show me what a YES feels like in my body.” Don’t think. Just feel. Notice: does YES feel expansive? open? warm? lifted? tingly? 4. Ask:“Show me what a NO feels like.”Maybe it contracts.Maybe it drops.Maybe it tightens. 5. Now, place one current life question into your chest-space:“What do I need today?”OR“Where am I leaking energy?”OR“What truth am I avoiding?” 6. Observethe body’s response before the mind interrupts.This is your compass.This is where clarity speaks first. What did your YES feel like today? And what did your NO reveal?” Keep it simple. The body doesn’t complicate anything — we do. Your body wisdom today may help another woman recognise her own. Share gently, share honestly.

THE CLARITY CODES - A 7-day reset for your mind, body, and intuition
Hey babes, I’ve been feeling the energy of this community, and so many of us are craving a deeper, quieter, more honest connection within ourselves. A connection to the part of you that isn’t confused, overwhelmed, burnt out, or tangled in the noise of doing and performing. So beginning Monday, I’m opening a new 7-day experience for us called The Clarity CODES. This is something I’ve been sitting with, practicing, and deepening into privately for a long time before bringing it here. And I’ve simplified it so it can meet you exactly where you are — a gentle doorway back to your own inner voice, your highest clarity, and the deeper wisdom you carry but rarely make space to hear. Each day, I’ll drop a short practice that brings you back into your body, your breath, your intuition, and the part of you that already knows what you need. We begin Monday December 8. Or tune in whenever you can. Go at your own pace, whenever you feel called. 7 consecutive days will deliver the best connection in devine timing. I can’t wait to guide you through this. And witness your connection to body and spirit enhance.

HARMONY CALL HAPPENING SOON - How to prepare
Preparing for Your Spinal Energetics Alignment on Zoom This is your time to soften, receive, and allow the energy to flow. Here are some ways to prepare so you feel safe, supported, and ready to open. 1. Create a Sacred Space - Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. - Dim the lights, light a candle, or bring in anything that feels calming (a blanket, crystals, incense, etc.) - Make sure your space feels grounded and supportive. 2. Set Up Your Tech - Position your device so I can clearly see your whole body (not just your face). Lying on a yoga mat, couch, or bed works beautifully. - Test your internet connection, sound, and camera before the call. - Have headphones nearby if you prefer a more immersive experience. 3. Prepare Your Body - Wear something loose and comfortable so you can fully relax. - Avoid heavy meals right before—light, nourishing food is best. - Bring water with you to stay hydrated. 4. Arrive with Intention - Take a few slow breaths before we begin. - Set an intention—what are you calling in or ready to release? - Arrive a few minutes early to settle into your body and the space. 5. During the Session - Allow whatever arises—movements, emotions, stillness—all is welcome. - There’s nothing you need to “do” or “get right.” Your system will respond in its own way. - Trust that the energy is reaching you exactly as it needs to, even through the screen. 6. Aftercare - Drink plenty of water. - Rest if you feel called to. - Journal or move gently to integrate what you’ve experienced. - Be tender with yourself—this work continues to ripple through your field long after the call.
