As you can see, I had a very restful experience as I listened to and practiced with one of @Ayla Nova’s yoga nidra meditations. So for any skeptics out there, the proof is in the pudding so to speak. I didn’t fall asleep at all, I followed along the whole hour. Pretty cool right?

This is so awfully sad. I live in Wisconsin and for the last few years we have been inundated by the smoke from these wild fires and it seems we are about to be once more. I cannot imagine having the fires; the smoke is bad enough for the sensitive but at least we don’t have the threat of losing our homes. I’ve been there, and it’s no fun to lose everything to a house fire. Prayers for all of my Canadian brothers and sisters, I hope you are safe and well 🙏
