@Ricardo Solomons I don’t know if you’ve ever heard this but I understand that the video title helps the algorithm recommend it (impressions) and the CTR shows how effective the thumbnail is

@Ricardo Solomons wonderful!
YouTube growth topic
It's so popular right now! I've seen more than one creators add in videos about their growth to the rest of their content. But this kind of goes against the rules of sticking to your lane. Does anyone have an opinion about this? Has anyone added in one video a week or every other week talking about their YouTube journey?

If my YouTube growth were good enough to share and help others I would do it on a separate channel otherwise the algorithm will get confused as to my ideal viewer on my existing channel, which is watercolor tutorials. I’ve heard this over and over. HTH
🚨 Live Masterclass: Write High-Retention Scripts for YouTube Growth
Most creators don’t have a niche problem. They have a structure problem. If your videos: • Lose people in the first 30 seconds • Feel scattered or rambling • Get views but don’t build authority • Don’t turn viewers into leads • Don’t retain viewers throughout This training is for you. On March 2nd, I’m teaching a live 60-minute masterclass on writing scripts that: ✔ Increase retention ✔ Build credibility ✔ Grow your audience ✔ Convert viewers into leads This is not about “just be more confident on camera.” This is about structure. You’ll learn this and more: • The exact Beginning–Middle–End framework I use • How to write hooks using Promise, Proof, and Plan • How to structure the middle using What / Why / How• The biggest retention killers (wandering, repetition, overexplaining) • How your language affects authority • How I use AI to organize scripts without losing my voice If you apply even half of this, your videos will feel tighter immediately. Because retention isn’t luck. It's structure. 📅 March 2 🕘 9AM New York / 4PM Helsinki 🔁 24-hour replay included 🎉 $147 one-time payment 👉 Join here: Click Here

I, too, am interested in accessing the recording

Hi @Alexa Saarenoja I attended this masterclass and would love access to the recording. As I recall you also mentioned sharing the slides? That might be even better! I know you're terribly busy, and I would be thrilled to have access to these!
Developing Some Workshops (Ideas welcome!)
I’m planning to start hosting monthly workshops / masterclasses. If you could attend one and walk away with total clarity on something specific, what would it be? Where are you currently stuck? (here are a few ideas, but rather hear from you) - Writing stronger scripts? - Designing thumbnails that actually get clicks? - Packaging your videos for Browse? - Clarifying your personal brand? - Monetizing your channel? - Generating better content ideas? - Creating consistently without burnout? Tell me exactly what you’d want help with. The more specific you are, the better I can build it around what you actually need.

Packaging videos for browse which I assume includes clickable thumbnails
Where are you storing your everything?
As your camera fills up - where do you move your videos to? As your laptop fills up - same?

My PC has two extra slots for hard drives so I bought two 10TB drives. One is where I keep the raw footage for my videos and rendered videos, and the other is the backup. We also have a storage area network (SAN) with two huge banks of disk drives both my husband and I use for backups, but that's beyond most people. As much as I love cloud-computing, I don't want to rely on it for my backups, but that's just me
