what are the basic requirements of calisthenics? currently I can do 20 push ups, 10 dips and 4 pulls with clean form (neglected pullups cause i don't have pullup bars) I'm training tuck planche and handstand
pullup
when i do pullups, i have no trouble with the top movement of the pullup but i struggle on the bottom movement. is this a matter of strength and i need to train more?
