Only 3 of my 9 accounts changed over from EA to PA. I signed 9 contracts, paid 9 fees, and have 9 certificates. I tried to place a test trade on the 3 PA accounts and it was rejected. The message on Tradovate stated “trading temporarily halted”. Does anyone know why this may be happening? I placed a help desk order after reading through FAQS for hours. It’s been a couple hours and no feedback from help desk.

I passed 9 EAs on Apex on 7/13. Signed 9 contracts, paid 9 fees, have 9 certificates. Last night at 6PM, 3 of the 9 accounts switched itched to PA accounts. The other 6 accounts are still showing as evaluation accounts. I tried to place a trade with the 3 accounts that are showing as PA, but it rejected the order. In Tradovate it said “trading temporarily halted”. Has anyone experienced this before? I read through all the FAQS and ended up placing a held desk request but it’s been hours with no response. Just trying to figure out what is wrong and what my next step should be.

The good news is, I just passed 10 EAs. I went to file the paperwork to switch them to PAs, but APEX was down for maintenance. I am so excited and chomping at the bit to get started. Did anyone else’s data freeze? I was trading EA’s stepped away for a minute and when I came back, charts are jo longer moving.

I am having a horrible time trying to figure out trade copier for trading view and Tradovate. From what I can tell, there is an entirely different Apex software (copier) you have to download and install for trading view/tradovate. Is it easier to just use Ninja Trader if you want to use trade copier?
