I passed 9 EAs on Apex on 7/13. Signed 9 contracts, paid 9 fees, have 9 certificates.
Last night at 6PM, 3 of the 9 accounts switched itched to PA accounts. The other 6 accounts are still showing as evaluation accounts.
I tried to place a trade with the 3 accounts that are showing as PA, but it rejected the order. In Tradovate it said “trading temporarily halted”.
Has anyone experienced this before? I read through all the FAQS and ended up placing a held desk request but it’s been hours with no response. Just trying to figure out what is wrong and what my next step should be.
