Only 3 of my 9 accounts changed over from EA to PA. I signed 9 contracts, paid 9 fees, and have 9 certificates.

I tried to place a test trade on the 3 PA accounts and it was rejected. The message on Tradovate stated “trading temporarily halted”. Does anyone know why this may be happening? I placed a help desk order after reading through FAQS for hours. It’s been a couple hours and no feedback from help desk.
