@Chastity Cortijo Neva!
Most requested services?
What do clients hire you for the most? Not the thing you can do, or even would LIKE to do.... The thing people pay you for, over and over again. That thing that you get referred for the most. Curious, what are your most common VA service requests?

@Junnette Cerdeña Client signs a lease, sends me a floor plan and a set of keys. I study how the space will be used. Decide where furniture, equipment, workstations should go, make sure the layout meets safety and workflow functions. It's typically used in offices, medical facilities, and retail spaces, as well as homes (kinda like interior design but on a deeper scale). Currently, I service mental health facilities, (Addiction Rehabilitation Centers across the US).

Quick Tips: Your Online Presence = Your First Impression
Some of us don’t see ourselves through the lens of others and it’s so not about being judgmental. It’s about alignment. If you want to get paid your worth, you also have to see your worth. In today’s world, the first “hello” is usually online. Your photos, your tone, your content… they tell your story before you ever speak. Here are a few tips to elevate that digital first impression: 1. Ask Yourself: Would You Hire You? Look at your page like a stranger. Would you feel confident, inspired, or curious? Or confused? 2. Choose Photos That Match Your Energy Soft, professional, approachable or bold, creative, and powerful. Whatever it is, just make sure it’s intentional. 3. Take Feedback as Data, Not Criticism I was recently told I look too serious in my photos. Instead of getting offended, I received it with gratitude. It helped me reflect and shift my visuals to a softer, more inviting professional look. 4. Update Your Content Regularly People grow. Brands evolve. Your online presence should too. Refresh your photos and copy every so often. 5. Showcase Your Personality A smile, a warm color palette, or a relatable caption can completely change how people feel about you. 6. Remember: Visuals Communicate Value When your brand looks like a brand, people are more willing to pay you like one.

@Faith Ugwulebo Practice makes progress, but can I ask, how do you find out they got funding? And where are they getting their funds?

@Faith Ugwulebo . @Chastity Cortijo posts the events on the calendar, feel free to join!
Is it "we" or "i" for you ?
I am curious - for your website what made you write your about in the "We" statement versus the "I" statement? For example: At ABC Virtual Solutions we promise to provide excellent customer service. As the owner of ABC Virtual Solutions I promise to provide excellent customer service.
