Navigating Menopause with Strength and Confidence
Menopause can bring a whirlwind of changes, but strength training might just be your secret weapon to navigate this phase with ease. Incorporating regular strength exercises into your routine can help maintain muscle mass, boost your metabolism, and improve bone density. Start with simple moves like squats and push-ups, and gradually add weights as you feel more comfortable. Aim for two sessions a week, focusing on different muscle groups each time. Remember, it's all about progress, not perfection. Listen to your body, and don't hesitate to modify exercises to suit your comfort level. What's working for you right now? Let's share and support each other on this journey!

I have been post menopausal now for around 10 years and I have to say squats have been amazing! My son is a Royal Marine and he got me into doing them. There’s also a Pilates arm exercise which I love. Standing next to a wall, stretch one arm to it and place your arm flat. You can feel it as a real nervy stretch. Rotate the hand to different positions and it strengthens upper arms and particularly shoulders. I used to dislocate really easily and this prevents it.
Happy Friday
For the past 20 years I have been managing menopause. I have been post menopausal for a few years now, this comes with a whole new level of symptoms😫 I have researched, tried and tested almost everything to make the process easier. I now want to help you, please tell me what you want to hear from me. And if you know of any other woman needing support please invite them into this community. I’m looking forward to getting to know you. Have a wonderful weekend 🌷

This is so good that you’re offering support and sharing your gained wisdom. So many suffer in silence or are even unaware what the menopausal symptoms are.
I'm Back
Hello beautiful ones, I am so sorry I have been away for so long. I've been concentrating on the back office stuff around my coaching business. I now have time to start supporting this community again, there will be some new people joining from my face book group very soon. But for now how are you doing?

Hellooooo!! Welcome back!!!
We need energy & peace
You can’t pour from an empty cup. yet that’s what so many of us try to do daily. Midlife isn’t the time to slow down, it’s the time to align your energy with how your body really works now. That’s why I teach women how to reset their energy through anti-inflammatory living, simple movement, and mindset shifts that last. Your health is your currency and your energy is your greatest wealth. Are you ready for more energy šŸŽ‰
