Welcome Home🤍
Hello and welcome. I'm so happy you've found your way here. Still Her was created because I have met so many incredible women who quietly felt they had lost themselves during midlife. Between caring for everyone else, changing hormones, busy careers and life's many demands, they stopped recognising the woman looking back at them in the mirror. I don't believe she's gone. I believe she's still here. This membership is here to support you as you reconnect with your health, confidence and sense of self. You don't need to have everything figured out. You simply need to arrive. Welcome home. With love Lisa 🤍

Happy Monday beautiful ladies 🤍
Does September feel like a fresh start to you? After a lovely summer of sunshine, holidays, delicious food and a few glasses of wine, I always feel September brings a natural opportunity to reset and come back to the routines that help me feel my best. This morning I got back into my gym routine, and I’ve also decided to join a group of women for a 5 Day Reboot around the new moon 🌙 For me, it’s not about restriction or undoing the summer. It’s five days of being a little more intentional with nourishing food, hydration, movement, rest and giving my body some extra care. September feels like a beautiful time to ask.. What do I want more of as I move into this next season. More energy🏋🏼‍♀️ More movement🏃‍♀️ Better sleep😴 More quiet time🧘🏻‍♀️ Or a little more time for you🙂 I’d love to hear what you’re planning for September✨ Love Lisa x

It’s Friday✨✨
Good evening beautiful ladies 🤍 How has your week been? It’s Friday, which means it’s time for our Still Her Reflection, a moment to pause and celebrate you✨ What are you most proud of this week? For me, it was finally releasing something I’ve been carrying for a few years. I was able to let it go in a sacred, safe space and in that moment I genuinely felt something lift. It felt like the beginning of something new and a little more space within me to move forward. Your win doesn’t have to be something huge. Maybe you rested when you needed to. Set a boundary. Moved your body. Had an important conversation. Did something that frightened you. Or you gave yourself a little more kindness this week. The small things deserve celebrating too. So tell us below… What are you proud of this week?✨ Let’s celebrate eachother🤍 Love Lisa x

Introducing something personal
Good evening beautiful ladies 🤍 It’s Wednesday Community Conversation and tonight I wanted to share something a little more personal. Over the years, spirituality has become an important part of how I move through life. For me, it isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about learning to slow down, listen inwardly, trust my intuition, notice the signs around me and remember that there is often more going on beneath the surface than we realise. It has taught me to be more present, more grateful and more accepting of the different stages of life. One book that really opened my mind was Spirit Junkie by Gabby Bernstein. It helped me think differently about fear, intuition, inner guidance and the way we speak to ourselves. I don’t expect everyone to connect with spirituality in the same way, but I love how books like this can invite us to explore what helps us feel more grounded and connected. I’m curious about you… Do you have a spiritual practice, belief or ritual that helps you feel grounded or connected? It could be prayer, meditation, time in nature, journaling, breath work, gratitude, energy work or just taking quiet time for yourself. There is no right or wrong answer here. I’d love to hear what spirituality, connection or stillness means to you. Or you ever read a book that changed the way you think about yourself or life? Love Lisa 🤍
