For the past 20 years I have been managing menopause. I have been post menopausal for a few years now, this comes with a whole new level of symptoms😫 I have researched, tried and tested almost everything to make the process easier. I now want to help you, please tell me what you want to hear from me. And if you know of any other woman needing support please invite them into this community. Navigating Menopause with Strength and Confidence
