I'm in a bit of a pickle, I have a draft manuscript and I would like to format and polish it. I looked at Canva but it has a pdf export page limit and people say it's more a graphics app than text. Then there's Atticus which looks brilliant, it's a one off £176 as I speak but before I buy can I ask if there's anything else, a better method perhaps. Any replies will be gratefully received and much appreciated, thank you. PS. I'm trying to avoid Fiverr due to a recent experience which was less than adequate.

hi all - I've got a book pretty ready to go and have placeholders for images throughout as reminder for myself. What do people use reliable for images (a pencil sketch of how to shake hands for example). I'd like 'house style sketches so they all look similar. What do other people use? There are so many at different costs that I'm a little overwhlemed and hope someone here has a service they use efficienlty

Are there any plans to allow the developmental editing/writing tool 2.0 to be used with translations? I translated some books from English - German before the new dev tool was launched and, seeing how thorough the new dev edits were on my English books (although the feedback was like a stern word from a teacher to 'concentrate on the details) I'm now reluctant to release the translated books. I guess I could simply translate my English books that have been through the writing tool 2.0 but will wait if there is a plan to expand the 2.0 tool to translations.
