Official Update & Recap Video from the PublishFlow Founders Team
Hey everyone, We just filmed an exclusive Skool video where Andrey and I look back on the last two months of PublishFlow: the challenges, the updates, and some stories we haven't shared publicly yet. We also talk about what's coming next and share some insider details about tools that are in the pipeline. A more relaxed video shot in a pretty cool setting. Hope you enjoy it! Andrey & Roman PS: Let us know what you think of the outfits 😄

wonderful update. The whole book editorial context in particular is exciting ... an holistic overview of the book flow is the icing on the cake. I don't use Publisherchamp but sounds like it's time to start when that upgrade comes in too.

@Andrey Bernhart and the Facebook ad creative mentioned would add another 3 staff members to my virtual PublishFlow empire!
What types of videos do you prefer?
I noticed that the newest video didn't get many clicks from subscribers. 👉🏼 https://youtu.be/XIIGCfPCquA It seems the topic was too specific for many people. Something I noticed now after around 20 published YouTube videos: 👉🏼 The more generic videos seem to make more clicks. Do you guys enjoy the really specific videos like this new one or more basic videos? Please vote, and feel free to give me your opinion in the comments. Best Andrey

I like the granular detail Andrey and thought the Q4 video was excellent and a good reminder. The problem is probably target audience - us PublishFlow users want such granular detail but videos with such titles aren’t going to mop up those just passing through YouTube and bumping up viewing figures. With two target audiences it’s hard to work out which metrics to follow and I feel view count metrics are more for those KDP gurus who repeat themselves and push low content, minimum effort. I guess I don’t know if the channel is to: 1. aid current publish flow subscribers (the hero’s in the story!) 2. to attract more people to publish flow or 3. to grow a huge generic KDP channel. The temptation to chase number 3 risks making the content not really useful for 1. and 2. I’m not convinced 1, 2 and 3 can all be adequately satisfied. That said, I’d also quite like live calls answering all those little questions that build up over time but aren’t quite important enough to raise a support ticket with some idea of what you’re currently working on adding/improving. Such videos would be invaluable but their view count on YouTube would suggest they weren’t as it’s measuring the wrong thing.
