In today’s meeting the following topics will be discussed: ✅-Easify (Setting Up Campaigns) ✅-Warm Leads Vs Cold Leads ✅-Building Your Buyers List ✅-Open Q&A We are going to be helping each other out as we get more familiar with uploading leads to eliminate the manual tasks of reaching out to motivated sellers. Allowing you to reach up to 300 leads per week. As the average KPI is 300 SMS to get 5 responses equals 1 booked appointment. Warm Leads Vs Cold Leads There is power in effective cold texting. As we move forward the quality of the PPL, PPC and VA provided leads over the last 3 months for the group have been randomized and lowering the chance of a deal that matches our buyers network and eventually the services with WCL Agency will be discontinued. Not that all their leads were bad is that the quality of knowing who the call was being transferred to was left confusing for the seller who spoke with the VA. And in turn that leaves it difficult for you as the Wholesaler or Agent to connect the details of the conversation to simplify the closing process that we use in AutoClose REI. Moving forward the volume of cold leads will increase gradually using our “one-liner” concepts to get better booked appointments. If you are under the $127.00/MO plan I will be sending up to 750 cold leads a week and if you are under the $300/MO can plan I personally will be managing your account up to 1500 leads per week and getting you those booked appointments and scheduling them for you for after work between 4PM-7PM your time. This will be a temporary fix until I am able to confirm and establish target specific leads with MP3 recordings from another VA Agency. This is to reduce cost and/or expenses that are unnecessary for the group. In the future, hopefully by March 1st, all paid memberships will be getting 750-1500 cold leads and target specific warm leads. Building Your Buyers List This is where we will cover any add-ons to your own private network. It’s important to have your own set of buyers as a back up plan, second options or getting your own name out there and vetting these buyers to better understand our reverse wholesaling strategy. This will encourage to learn the process as well when it comes time to do deals solo and what it means to send buyers alerts, send deal details, handle the schedule inspection process as well what to expect when it gets to title and working with Title Company Agents.
