🎥 Who has a highlight film?
If you have one, drop it below 👇 If not, comment “no film” — I’ll tell you what you need. If you want me to walk you through the exact highlight + recruiting strategy my players used to earn D1/D2 offers and full rides, you can book a free call with me 🗣️📲

🎄 Fitness Check-In (Pre-Christmas Edition)
Christmas is coming. Schedules get weird. Food gets heavier. Motivation dips. That’s normal. What separates serious players isn’t perfection — it’s showing up anyway. Today’s focus: - Move your body (even 20–30 minutes counts) - Keep intensity, not volume - Finish feeling better than when you started You don’t need a max workout. You need consistency when it’s inconvenient. Drop a comment: - What did you do today? - Or what are you committing to before the day ends? Stack small wins now — January momentum starts this week, not after Christmas. 💪

Before the day ends I’m committing to do some stretching, really focusing on my core and legs so I can come back to January prepared for high school and for my club practices so I can be prepared for the showcase at end of January and also I’m going to move the ball around, focusing on juggling and learning moves for 1v1s
Injury Prevention Week 2 (Strong Knees)
Here are 3 knee prehab exercises every soccer player should be doing before season starts (during season post coming soon). #1 Split Squat - Builds single leg strength → better force absorption → less knee stress. #2 Single Leg Calf Raises - Your calves help control knee load AND protect the Achilles. #3 Hop to Stick - Teaches the knee to accept force safely. This one is huge for ACL and patellar tendon health. These exercises should be done 2-3x a week in pre season. Who has been doing these movements? Comment below 👇🏼

I’m not doing these now because I just started high school season but definitely will do those once my season ends
Injury Prevention Week 1 (Knee focused)
The #1 injury I see in soccer is due to weak knees. Cutting, sprinting or landing puts a lot of impact on your knees. So keeping them strong will prevent a lot of other injuries. This week we will start with a balance assessment test. If you can’t balance on one leg for 30 seconds without wobbling… Your knees are doing too much work. Try this assessment on each leg and rate yourself 1-10 or post the video below! (I posted a video of an example) I want to know who passed and who failed?

Do you know what the half space is? 💭
Honest question for today 👇 Do you know what the half-space is and how to use it? (That pocket between the wing and the middle where the best players find advantages.) If yes — what’s your go-to move there? If no — comment “??” and I’ll break it down in a simple way. This one concept can completely change your game.

My go to move is to try to find a pass if I’m facing more toward the middle unless I have space because I want to posses it, if I’m facing the wing I’m either going to try to find the winger or dribble into space. I also want to check down to my center backs if they have the ball so that I can help give them an option to play the ball out of the back but move it toward attack.
