I wake up at 6:30 am and eat breakfast and the i go to walk my dog at 7 am i then go to school with my bus at school i do my homework before school starts and after school i usually eat some fruits and a sandwich and do some streches before i go to jogging for 2 hours in -5 celsius then after that i eat my lunch and then head for training after training i eat some yogurt with blueberries and oatmeal and honey and an sandwich and drink milk then i do my 1 hour workout before going to bed
