Think for a moment. What is your biggest area to grow as a Soccer/Football player? Is it physical? something technical? Game understanding? Mental strength? What are you doing to work on this?
I wake up at 6:30 am and eat breakfast and the i go to walk my dog at 7 am i then go to school with my bus at school i do my homework before school starts and after school i usually eat some fruits and a sandwich and do some streches before i go to jogging for 2 hours in -5 celsius then after that i eat my lunch and then head for training after training i eat some yogurt with blueberries and oatmeal and honey and an sandwich and drink milk then i do my 1 hour workout before going to bed
So this weekend is gonna be pretty packed first on friday we go at the night to a hotel for a night and then on saturday we will have our first division 2 game and then on sunday we have our futsal division 1 semifinal and then final or bronze game (its gonna be final) but yeah pretty packed weekend
