It has happened to 5 of my ASINS. But a few still say active, but when I check, add a product it now says I'm gated? Anyways, I see you said they tighten up in Q4. So, does that mean after Q4 this losses up?
Wednesday Q&A
What's up yall, il be answering any questions today in this thread by either written or video response This could be questions about me, reselling in general, amazon specific, doesnt matter Ask away!

I’ve been doing a lot of work with retail arbitrage and recently started working with a few distributors. After checking literally thousands of products, I’ve noticed something interesting — with Amazon’s average product sale price hovering around $50, I almost never see a consistent 30% margin. With wholesale distributors, margins are usually even tighter, and while retail arbitrage can sometimes be a bit better, it’s still rare to find enough products that hit that 30% profit mark. Is anyone else seeing the same thing, or am I missing something in my sourcing strategy?

Title: Ungated on One Listing but Gated on Another — Should I Avoid the Product? Post: As you can see in the attachment, for the brand Sliquid the top listing shows I’m ungated, while another listing for the same brand still shows me gated. I noticed the stated manufacturer is different between the two listings. My question is — should I avoid buying this product in case Amazon later realizes the listing was created under the wrong brand/manufacturer and revokes my ability to sell it? I don’t want to risk getting flagged or banned for selling something I’m technically still gated in. Has anyone run into this before?

I'd like to hear about adding products that you don't see listed? What Happens if your wrong and they are actually listed? Next, say I'm ungated in "x" product, but it's a loss, but the bsr is low, should you just take the hit to start selling? I've seen the same product in different categories and I was ungated for the one category, again exact same product, should you avoid that product? I feel that your ultimately limited by retail arbitrage, do you agree? In canada I'm having a hard time finding wholesale ect? Any advice? If ordering bulk from the USA what extra costs above shipping does it cost to get it to you? Advice on inventory management? Do you list on multiple platforms? Do you have your own e-commerce site? Is it better to buy 30 of the same item or buy multiple items items to send to fba? Is there a cost with amazon when your low on stock? As I search to see what products I can sell sometimes there is the odd item in that brand that I'm ungated for while the rest "require approval " should we stay away from that item? To apply to sell I've mostly seen submit invoice with ten items, so say I buy ten different items of the same brand, do I then apply for approval on each item of that brand? Do I need the exact item to apply or just the brand? If ungated are you then ungated for that brand in every category? Is there easier brands or categories to get ingated for then others? If I had only 10 items and nothing yet for sale should I send them into Amazon or wait until I have more items? How do you factor returns into your cost? At what point to you hire help? If your items are under warranty how is this handled?
