Just curious where most people get stuck.

Another great podcast episode from Matthew Thompson. He talked to the Skool Games winner in first place. It is a must listen. His number one traffic source was Tiktok Lives...yes Tiktok lives. But not the traditional way. He streamed to no one for 45 days straight before it started working. That takes a lot of mental fortitude. Once he figured out what worked he taught someone else to do it for him...then 5 more people. He is now building an army of affiliates to go live for him all day and its obviously working. Now he can focus on running his Skool and not the traffic part as much. I've had this idea of the live affliates for awhle now. I know lives for sure work but owners don't always have time to sit on lives for hours...but your affiliates could. Would anyone want to learn how to set this up for your own community like this? I've spent countless hours on livestreams and wracked up 100k in live sales.

With Growth Boost the talk of the town here on Skool, I felt the need to update my cover image and optimize it as best as I could for Skoolers and non-Skoolers. After a TON of research here in Skool, various groups, on YouTube and using my own experience, this is what I came up with So what do you think? Between the old and new cover images, which do you prefer? I'm looking for any constructive criticism so feel free to share in the comments ...

I know I need to make some videos today, so I'm getting a bunch of errands done this morning/afternoon so it's out of the way. Then my plan is to sit down and brain dump all the videos I know I want and need to make. Then going to put a star by the most important ones and then put a smiley face next to the easiest to make. Lastly, circle 3 of them and get them done. It's been BUGGING me that I haven't done this yet. What's bugging you?
