About to give up
I'm about to say screw it and just shut my communities down. They aren't going anywhere. Nobody is requesting to join. I've posted regularly on FB and I don't even get a like let along a comment . Tired of being disappointed . I guess I'm just not good at it 😭

Thats really frustrating to see all these people having success with Skool and it being out of reach. Im honestly in the same boat. Trying to push myself out of it right now. Its really disheartening. Have you tried out any other traffic sources other than Facebook?

@Shelly Randall I would try being more active in those communities. Getting your face seen in lots of comment sections. Jumping on calls and making friends. Giving help where you can.
Are "Mids" the way to go?
Hormizi recently said that his highlights channel is making him more money than his main channel. He does "mids" here. They are not quite longs or shorts. And he is doing several per day. Most of the videos are clipped from old calls where hes helping real clients. This might be the move. I'm gonna test it out myself. Has anyone tried something like this? HORMOZI HIGHLIGHTS

@Sal Di Giallonardo most of his are somewhere between 2 And 8 minutes. Usually just a single question he's answering

@Jennifer Maillet yeah for those faceless videos like that, thats the sweet spot ive found

@Jennifer Maillet videos where there isn't any talking and only text on screen, when ever they finish reading, they will scroll. That block of text took me about 7 seconds to read and that left about 45 seconds still left in the video. So retention is really low, which means the algorithm isn't going to push it very far because people are scrolling so early

@Megan Webb you could also do this with a skool live if you tell them to open up a new tab. I've seen some people do this.

@Megan Webb very true. Thats the other reason I prefer the YouTube way with streamyard because they can open the YouTube app, and then open skool and YouTube will still be open on their phone like this .
