The Importance of Trust in Life and Success
Trust is the foundation of every meaningful relationship—both personal and professional. As I emphasized, without trust, progress is fragile and connections lack depth. In life, trust allows us to feel safe, supported, and connected. In success, trust becomes the bridge that turns vision into reality. It builds confidence, strengthens teamwork, and fosters opportunities that cannot exist without reliability and integrity. When you trust yourself, you move with courage. When others trust you, doors open with ease. True success is not measured only by achievements, but by the trust you build along the way.

Trust means coming through on your word for others and yourself. An action constantly tested.
Self-Integrity: Staying True to You
Self-integrity means being honest with yourself—living in alignment with your values, words, and actions. When we keep the promises we make to ourselves, we build confidence, trust, and inner peace. It's the quiet confidence that comes from living in alignment with our truth. As I often say, “We are human beings, not human doings. It’s not about being perfect, and about showing up with honesty, courage, and intention. Whether it's setting boundaries, taking responsibility, or simply following through, integrity helps us live a life that feels right—not just looks right. As I always said, “Life is not a dress rehearsal.” Stay true to who you are, and let your inner truth guide the way.

Love this listen, thank you. I'm doing something today - Sunday
A Small Start is Still a Start
Why wait for the perfect moment to earn big when we can start small and earn something today? Many students, women, newcomers in our country, underestimate the skills they already have to be of service. The power of aligned action—taking small steps that reflect who we are and what we value. Whether it’s selling baked goods, offering tutoring, freelancing, or helping someone with digital tasks, every small effort counts. Starting small boosts your confidence, builds experience, and proves to yourself that you are capable. Even earning $50 a week can ease a bill or buy groceries. More importantly, it gives you pride, purpose, and a sense of independence. Don’t wait to be perfect or fully ready. Use the skills you already have and take that first step. Because earning something is always better than nothing. And from that small beginning, bigger opportunities will grow. If you have been doubting your abilities or waiting for the right time, this is your sign. Don’t wait for a miracle—be the miracle in your own life. Start small. Offer your service. Sell your product. Share your gift. And from that small start, a bigger dream can be born.

Great idea and push... we all have something of service... well most of us.
Hard Times with Grace.
Life doesn't always go as planned. There are moments that shake us to the core—loss, uncertainty, rejection, burnout, or simply the weight of daily struggles. As the author of Life is a Special Event, beautifully reminds me, every challenge is also an invitation—to reflect, grow, and rise. We must honour our emotions instead of burying them. Feeling lost, sad, or overwhelmed doesn’t make you weak—it makes you human. Give yourself permission to feel everything. As I always say, "Being present with yourself is the greatest act of courage." Hard times often trigger a victim mindset. And I invited myself to reframe the question. Instead of “Why is this happening to me?” Ask, “What is this moment asking of me?” This shift gives me power. It transforms obstacles into opportunities and pain into purpose. In difficult times, self-leadership means showing up for yourself every single day. This might look like: - Keeping a consistent morning routine - Writing in a gratitude journey - Saying “no” to what drains your energy - Saying “yes” to what aligns with your values. - Even small, intentional acts can anchor you during a storm. As I always say “You were born worthy, whole, and enough. Hard times do not define you—they refine you.” So take a deep breath. Be kind to yourself. And remember: you are the author of your story—and the next chapter can be beautiful.

The act of giving is a great way to go from lacking to having enough to share. This shift gives me the energy to keep going and work with the universe for my good,
Life is a name of celebrating every moment :
I believe life is not just a routine— life is beautiful moments that deserve to be honoured. Every day, I choose to show up with purpose, knowing that my presence can turn an ordinary moment into something extraordinary. I see Life as a Special Event, not something to rush through but to embrace with open arms. Life means to me. L- is for Love,Light I - is Integrity and intention F- is Frequency and E- is Experiences Even in the quiet seasons, I find meaning and gratitude. I’ve learned that beauty doesn’t wait for the perfect time—it lives in how I treat people, how I speak, how I love. My life is my message, and I choose to live it fully. #LifeCelebratingMoment #CarolMoxam #LifeisaSpecialEvent
