What should a free person's journal be like?
I need to ask something: if I don't have a proper daily plan, should I still upload a journal? Even if I only do house chores, eat, sleep, pray, play, and scroll, as I'm not going to university now, my days are usually like these. So, do I still have to upload a journal?

Yes when you write it regularly it make you accountable that this this time i waste my time how to schedule my time which time i have to use to learn something.
