Day 49 - 10.05.2025 ✅ Pillar 1 - Fitness and Fuel 💪🏼 130PM (45 min) light workout, 600PM (45 min) walk Water - 3.5 Liters. Ate Clean. Overall Macros Good. Protein - approx. 172g (175g objective). ✅ Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline Lesson Learned - I still am carrying too much, so I need to Delete, Delegate Invest more to get to my 20%. I need to firm up my boundaries again, and re-affirm those with some of my partners who live in constant chaos. Im going to start writing these down daily as a habit for myself to remember until it's locked in my mind. 2 min cold plunge - not today, not until I fully over the junk, took a mild shower whole time 📖 Reading - “The Book on Mental Toughness” by Andy Frisella. I am choosing to hold on The Gap and the Gain to embark on this book. The beginning of this book was a blessing to me, it started with the Definitions of Metal Toughness. Grit, Fortitude, Confidence, Self-Belief, Self-Esteem, Discipline, Determination, Kindness, Positivity, Self-Love, and Gratitude. These have always been my guiding personal values, and the idea that these are the foundations of this book, leads me to believe ive been, mostly, on the right track. I always like to think, most of the time, and one degree shift is really all we need, because over time one degree is massive change. ❌ Pillar 3 - Business and Income Publish Content - I did not do this today. ❌ Pillar 4 - Relationships and Leadership Host a Dinner - I did not do this today. ✅ Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards Audit Home / Workspace - Tidied up a few areas, every day habit. Also a lot of catch up spaces, laundry, bedding, cleaning, etc. today. ✅ Win - A real walk and workout today (no plates). My neighbors were probably thinking I had the plague from all of my coughing, hacking, and sneezing, but it was outside so everyone was safe. ✅ Struggle - A lot of things got behind this past week and I struggled to catch up what was needed today for this coming week. Got the essentials done and will have to continue doing a little each day until caught back up to normal.
