1. Too much friction - remove tick box and income question (name, email, phone only) 2. Change headline to "How To Get 50% Higher Retention And Charge 33% Higher Prices within 90 days". 3. Instead of "Agency Owners" change it to "FREE TRAINING: Agency Owners Only" 4. Delete the line about refund. You don't need guarantees in the funnel, only in the ads. Don't even talk about money until you're on the phone and about to close. Keep the focus 100% on the value they're getting. 5. Make the fake video image clickable so it brings up the popup 6. Don't say "video" in the CTA. Call it "free training" instead. 7. Move the social proof underneath the button on mobile. It's too much effort to find the button otherwise, especially without #5 above. On desktop I'd have it laid out vertically rather than in 2 columns and have a full width button under the video and the social proof under that. 8. Put some more space between the footer so its not showing until they scroll a bit. You want the page to be clean and neat and focused in the main content. 9. Give it an SEO title - having the url show in the browser tab looks unprofessional. If you want an example you can see my funnel here. This page is getting over 10% conversions from cold traffic and has generated $130k so far.

What if we're starting with a pretty small budget? (Around $3-5k) I've heard twitter ads are very cheap and can be very targeted.
