✨ Icon of the Training Industry - Grateful, Driven, and Just Getting Started
Boom! Last weekend I was awarded the Icon of the Training Industry Award from Andy Harrington’s Professional Speaker Academy. What a great night! Coming from council estates to moments like this… it reminds me that it doesn’t matter where you start. If you’re hungry, committed and willing to back yourself, you can create something great. I want to say a massive thank you to my wife, my kids, my friends and my mentors. Your support, your love, your belief, that’s what’s kept me going through the highs and lows. Running one of the UK’s leading property, business and wealth training companies is something I’m incredibly proud of, and this award pushes me even more to give everything I’ve got to the people I serve. And if you’re reading this… don’t ever doubt what’s possible for you. With the right mindset, and the right mentorship, everything can change🔥🙏✨

💬 From Broke to Building a Multi-Million Pound Portfolio
I didn’t start this journey because I wanted fancy cars or designer suits. I started because I wanted to change my family’s story. I grew up in a council estate. Money was tight. Opportunities felt even tighter. I remember watching my mum work her heart out just to keep things together. I remember the look in her eyes.. tired, but hopeful. And I made myself a promise: one day, I’ll give her and my brother a better life. When I was broke and had 0 in the bank, that vision kept me moving. Everyday, I did one small thing… listened to a podcast, went to a networking event, read a book, asked for help, made mistakes, learned, and tried again. It wasn’t glamorous. It was slow. It was uncomfortable. But each small step built a bridge between the life I had and the life I wanted. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: You don’t need to see the whole staircase. Just take the next step and do it with purpose. So here’s my question for you: What’s your why.. the reason you get up and keep going, even when it’s tough? Share it with us in the comments

Thank you Liam for your words of inspiration and encouragement, always. Giving up is not an option for me and giving up does not exist in my dictionary, as I will surely get there not in the distant future because delay is not denial. I know that AFL Academy is not for those that wants to get rich quick, but for those that wants to arrive at the destination the right way using the AFL blueprint. The process to succeed at AFL academy could take some time, but doing the work continuously and putting in the efforts with support from Mentors at AFL Academy will surely reap the right fruits and the harvest will be plentiful eventually.
Accountability Creates Results 💥
If you want to move forward, you’ve got to hold yourself accountable. Success doesn’t come from big leaps once in a while, it comes from small, consistent actions stacked up every single day. So, here’s the challenge: Before the end of this week, what’s ONE task you’re going to commit to finishing? It doesn’t matter if it’s a big goal or something as simple as making that phone call, sending that email, or spending 30 mins learning a new skill. What matters is that you commit and you get it done. 👉 Drop your task in the comments below.Let’s keep each other accountable and make progress together. Remember: Success loves speed, and action beats procrastination every time.

What have I done!
I didn’t sleep at all last night. I now feel like ‘what have I done!’ Does anyone/has anyone felt like this?

Hi Denise, I think it's normal to feel like "what have I done", as I felt like that too previously, so you are not alone. Just continue to have positive thinking, remain optimistic and try not to fall into the temptation of allowing those little, tiny negative thoughts to creep up on you and overcome you. Continue to profess something positive to yourself daily. Remember: it's a seed of investment that can take time, patience and efforts to germinate (this is my thought). And focus on the long-term benefits of your investment. Unfortunately, negative thoughts have a way to dominate our lives if we allow it, and it's easier to allow negative thoughts to fester than positive thinking. So, surround yourself with like-minded people with positive mindset, positiveoutlook of life and positive energy. I wish you all the best as I've wished myself. Remember: "Rome was not built in a day".
