Boom! Last weekend I was awarded the Icon of the Training Industry Award from Andy Harrington’s Professional Speaker Academy. What a great night!

Coming from council estates to moments like this… it reminds me that it doesn’t matter where you start. If you’re hungry, committed and willing to back yourself, you can create something great.

I want to say a massive thank you to my wife, my kids, my friends and my mentors. Your support, your love, your belief, that’s what’s kept me going through the highs and lows.

Running one of the UK’s leading property, business and wealth training companies is something I’m incredibly proud of, and this award pushes me even more to give everything I’ve got to the people I serve.
