What does the "buyer path" look like on linked in?
I’ve never really made a friend online before…But I have made a lot of friends in real life, and I realized there’s a pattern that usually works for me. Here’s how I make friends offline — and I’m curious how this translates to LinkedIn: - Start small: A smile and a hello when I see someone regularly. - Build familiarity: Once they recognize me, I might give a genuine compliment. - Light conversation: Short, casual chats back and forth. - Find a reason to connect: Usually our kids like each other, so I suggest a playdate (yes, it’s a little awkward, but it works). - Exchange contact info: I get their number. - Stay in touch (the real key):I usually add them on Snapchat and send random, funny, everyday snaps. Moms LOVE snaps — it keeps things easy and low pressure. - Text with purpose: After a bit, I’ll text to actually set up the playdate. - Deepen the connection: We text about school stuff, snap about daily life, and just stay present. - Make it official: I invite them to a ladies’ night, karaoke, bingo, or my golf league. - If they show up… We’re friends. So now I’m wondering.. If this is how real friendships form in real life, what does each step look like on LinkedIn? - What’s the “smile and hello”? - What’s the Snapchat equivalent? - How do you stay consistently visible without being annoying? Would love to hear how others build genuine connections here — especially if you’re more comfortable making friends in person like me.

What is the best converting InMail strategy on Linked in?
What has worked the best for you in making new connections on linked in? I get in-mail posts all the time... Some friendly, some informational, some telling me how great I am! Does anyone have a winning formula for in-mail connections??? I usually do not respond, but in the past I have responded to people who need help or looking for market research on a product they are developing. Please share what has worked for you when you were first starting out? Thank you!
