What things/drills can I do for better speed in the get off and faster in my pass rush and last thing I feel i need to increase my steps in the pass rush how can I work for that?

I see that the eyes before snap needs to be in the outside shoulder of the tackle/ tight end. But is see people say that the eyes need to be on the ball and dont trust the tackle and because the tackle doing the step before the d line doing if my eyes look for his shoulder. Where my eyes should look before the snap?

In my soon 1 vs 1 drill, i have 2 tackles that one going 45 degrees with high punch and dont hesitate to put his hends out. The second is the same with vertical set. What is the best moves to beat them?

What is the difference between step through and propel step? I was thinking that with outside foot you doing the propel step like board jump and with the inside foot you doing the step through
